Take a Kid Mountain Biking – DFW

This event is oriented towards Middle School and High School age kids (6th Grade through 12th grade) of all levels.

The objective of this event is to also provide a platform for students who want to get involved in mountain biking, and that want to learn about racing/training on a team. The NTX NICA team will be in attendance with coaches.

Trek will be performing FREE multi-point inspections under the Trek tents during the event, and will be raffling a Bontrager Starvos helmet!

Make sure to check-in in order to receive a raffle ticket (have to be present at drawing to win).

Schedule:

– 8:30AM Check-in
– 9AM Safety Briefing and Separate groups (beginner, intermediate and advanced)
– 9:15AM Ride starts
– 10:45AM Regroup – break
– 10:50AM Ride restarts – optional 2nd lap
– 11:50AM Ride ends
– 12:15PM Raffle drawing

* Bicycle and helmet
* Closed-toe shoes
* Water bottle or hydration pack
* Gloves
* Eye protection
